When I needed someone to step in at the last minute and save my husband's surprise 50th birthday party Chef Blak put on the cape, flew from FL to TX to save the day. She not only met, but WELL EXCEEDED my expectations and for that I am forever grateful.

In less than 24 hours she put together some nice party decor and provide us with delicious appetizers, main course dishes (my favorite is the seafood rice), and drinks.

Thank you for single handedly making Doug's bday party one for the books. FL if you need quality service and delicious food catered to your event, I HIGHLY recommend Chef Blak.

She also provides weekly specials in the Polk County area.

Amazing, Amazing, Amazing!!!

Chef Blak, thank you, so much for dinner today. Normally, I would never eat asparagus. The seafood rice, salmon and asparagus (yes, asparagus) were comparable to some of the 5 star restaurants out there.
